Terms of Service

Plain-language terms, last updated 2026-08-17.

• Service. SamHooks delivers filtered notifications derived from public SAM.gov extract data via webhooks and RSS. $19/month, billed by Stripe, cancel anytime via the Stripe customer portal; service continues to the end of the paid period.
• Data. Opportunity data is U.S. government public data. We do not guarantee upstream availability, completeness, or timeliness; our own delivery health is published on the status page.
• Your endpoint. You are responsible for your webhook receiver. Endpoints failing 20 consecutive deliveries are auto-disabled with a self-serve re-enable.
• Tokens. Bearer tokens are shown once and stored only as hashes. Keep them secret; rotate on suspicion.
• Acceptable use. No reselling raw feed access; no abuse of demo feeds.
• No affiliation. SamHooks is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to SAM.gov, GSA, or the U.S. government.
• Liability. Service provided as-is; total liability capped at one month's fee.
