SamHooks turns the free public SAM.gov daily bulk extract into filtered, signed webhooks and RSS feeds for developers. That's the whole product.

What we are: a convenience layer over free public data — download, parse, dedupe, diff, filter, deliver, retry, log.

What we are not: affiliated with SAM.gov, GSA, or the U.S. government in any way. "SAM" is a GSA system name; we just deliver changes from its public extracts. We are also not a bid-writing service, a BD consultancy, or an email-alerts tool — SAM.gov gives humans free email alerts already.

Data attribution: opportunity data is U.S. government public data sourced from SAM.gov Contract Opportunities extracts.
